Free Initial Informational Session: Interested in starting care sooner rather than later? You can receive a free 15-minute initial informational session to determine if the White Hart PMH outpatient care model is an appropriate fit. This will help you and the provider decide prior to any charges. An initial evaluation can then be scheduled with some weekend and evening hours available.

Initial Evaluation $325 (up to 90 mins)
Comprehensive/Extended Initial $450 (120 minutes)
Standard Follow-Up $225 (up to 55 min)

Laboratory Testing: Functional lab tests are billed separately from consultation fees. When clinically indicated, routine blood work may be ordered through in-network labs such as Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna; however, coverage for specialized functional testing varies by plan and is often not reimbursed. To support transparency, clients have access to specialized lab services that provide cost estimates prior to testing. Annual laboratory expenses typically range from $300-$800 or more, depending on the panels ordered.
Estimated First Year Investment $1,500-$4,000 (including initial visits, follow-ups, and typical lab testing)
Functional psychiatry services, including comprehensive consultations and specialized laboratory testing, are typically not covered by insurance plans and are provided on a private-pay basis.
Telepsychiatry can provide a more convenient method of care. Services are provided on a HIPPA-compliant and simple-to-use video platform. In-person appointments are fully supported in the event face-to-face care is your preference.
Many care needs are suitable for Telepsychiatry. Research supports telehealth as improving access to care while maintaining care and treatment quality. Additionally, not all conditions and treatments are appropriate.
Disclosure: State professional licensing boards and other regulatory agencies task the provider with determining the appropriateness of using a telepsychiatry format. Certain mental health conditions and issues around medication management may require initial, fully in-person, or periodic in-person meetings determined by the provider's clinical discretion.
