Laboratory Testing: Functional lab tests are billed separately from consultation fees. When clinically indicated, routine blood work may be ordered through in-network labs such as Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna; however, coverage for specialized functional testing varies by plan and is often not reimbursed. To support transparency, clients have access to specialized lab services that provide cost estimates prior to testing. Annual laboratory expenses typically range from $300-$800 or more, depending on the panels ordered.
